PAYMENT:
I accept Paypal for online orders. All purchases are shipped within 3-4 weeks after payment has cleared and has deposited to my account. I also wait until E-checks have cleared Paypal before shipping. I ship to your Paypal address to prevent fraud. If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 48 hours so item can be re-listed.
REFUNDS AND EXHANGES:
As each piece is one-of-a-kind and handmade, it is impossible to guarantee that your piece will look exactly like the one I photographed and show on the website, but I will do my best to get as close as possible. No refunds or exchanges except in case of damage due to workmanship, once I receive the return you will receive a refund, minus any shipping cost.
SHIPPING:
Standard delivery is USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. I will ship other methods if requested. I also will ship to International locations, but please contact me first so I can research shipping methods. The customer/buyer is responsible for All duties/customs fees that incurred on a package. If you would like shipping insurance, please let me know, as this will be added to the shipping price.

Authentic Alchemy literally means Real Magic. The company name came to me through a series of visioning sessions. I wanted to create a company that would provide objects people can wear or use to shift their moods. When I put on a Serenity necklace, it helps remind me of the serenity prayer and its importance in my life. The entire line was created to assist you in “making magic” in your own life with the items you choose.
